Our Cancellation Policy.
Late: If you are late please let us know as soon as possible. We have an 10-minute late policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your services due to surrounding appointments. At this time you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and cancellation policy fees will be applied.
At The Waxery we understand that life happens. In order to maintain optimal flow of the business and respect the time of other clients, the following late/cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation: Failure to cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time or failure to be present to your appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the total cost of your scheduled services.

Absolutely, over-exfoliation will dry out your skin. Dry skin leads to more dead skin build up. So, even though it can feel wonderful to scrub your skin like crazy, resist!

When choosing an exfoliate it is best to make sure it is made especially for the area we are using it on. Pssst… I’m talking about those private areas. Scrubs, chemical exfoliation and even certain loofahs are made for this. The Waxery sells only the best when it comes to post and after care products.

Make sure your hair is grown out enough. Because everyone’s hair grows at different speeds, it’s hard to put a time frame on it. The good ol’ grain of rice method never fails. Make sure your hair is at least the length of a grain of rice or ¼ inch. This one is for the ladies, Yes, you may be more sensitive around your menstrual cycle and this is completely normal.

Usually every 3-4 weeks is perfect. For some areas such as brows and lip more often is required.
